Our Customers range from single instrument owners to Hire Shops with 50 or more. We can provide an individual service to each including Company Logo’s and Plant Numbers on certain instruments.
We ensure ALL serviced equipment undergoes rigorous bench and site testing before being returned to the customer and provide the customer with a detailed Conformity Certificate and Job Sheet for each serviced instrument.
To assure your confidence we use a bespoke relational database system which provides complete traceability and product life history including all previous servicing work carried out by ourselves.
This system enables us to provide a Re-Calibration Recall system letting you know when your equipment is due for service.
Typically this is:-
12 monthly recall for Cable Detection equipment.
6 monthly recall for Gas Detection equipment.
Servicing Recall information can be posted or faxed and we will contact you before your equipments’ service period expires detailing the serial numbers and status of the equipment.

Custom Labels with customers logo if required (certain instrument types)
Thorough cleaning of instrument.
Replacement Varta Alkaline Batteries.
Instruments Checked and Recalibrated to original specification.
Calibration Conformity Certificate.
‘Live Site’ Final Test.
Database history and copies of Certificates faxed or posted if required.

6/12 month Service recall.
Return carriage if more than 1 instrument received.
