SHIPPING & RETURNS
We despatch all items by APC Couriers or Royal Mail Post.
- £5 excl VAT Delivery to Mainland UK addresses (FREE if over £150 spent)
- £20 excl VAT to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Offshore and Channel Islands.
- EU destinations will need be quoted so please contact us first.
Our returns policy is that you may return any goods to us for a refund provided they are in an unused, as new, condition. Please inform us within 7 working days of the delivery from us that you wish to return items.

Our phones are manned 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available please leave a message with your order number and your contact number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility, and we will not be able to refund our original postage charges.
All faulty product returns must be authorised in advance by email, post or phone prior to sending the goods back for refund or replacement.
Please remember while the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility and the ownership do not pass to you until they are paid for in full.
SECTION 2 - REFUNDS
If you change your mind about an item and would like to return it you will need to return the item to us within 14 days from delivery in a perfect re-saleable condition, still in original packaging.
Before returning, please contact us stating the reason for return and we will issue a returns number. We will refund you the full price of the item only less a 20% restocking charge. Payment of any outward surcharges and delivery charges for returning items are non-refundable. Returned cancelled goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be credited.
SECTION 3 - ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR FOUND TO BE FAULTY
If the item has arrived damaged in transit, please write ‘damaged’ on the delivery note when signing for the delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods stating which part/s of the item are damaged.
If the item is found to be faulty you must inform us as soon as possible. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether or not to replace a faulty item.
Claims for faulty or damaged items will only be settled after the damaged or faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced.
